Al- Manar Higher Institute was established in response to the vocational education market needs lacking various specializations sought by the labor market. Through the gradation in the educational stages and the professional qualification courses covering a wide range of educational, health, technical, engineering and administrative specialization, the institute sought to reach the widest possible student segment. The institute’s focus is on both, specialized training and theoretical studies.
